A couple of weeks ago, I did another giveaway on http://dottydotdotdesign1.blogspot.com/, and this painting is for the winner, Amber! Her husband is in the Navy, so she requested her painting to be something patriotic with her two sons names on it! She left the design up to me, and this is what I came up with! It is hard to see because of the camera glare, but each column is lined with tiny light blue dots.

Congrats on the win Amber, hope you enjoy! :)

These groups of paintings were created for my little cousin, Jordan! She is a freshman in high school and is going through rush for one of their sororities. She has to take gifts to her three 'big sisters' for the next few weeks and decided she wanted to take canvases to them. The colors of their sorority are colbalt blue, light blue, and silver. Have fun with the rest of rush Jordan! :)

Ryan & Hannah

These two 16x20 canvases were created for a good friend of mine that I used to dance with. This week is her and her boyfriends one year anniversary! Her boyfriend decided to surprise her with a couple of paintings! For the first one, he wanted one with their names on it and for the second one, he wanted her to pick it out. So I had to come up with a way to find out which paintings she really liked without her finding out what was going on! I told her I was asking my friends which paintings were their favorites for information for my website. She chose this 'messy' cross style. Ryan let me know the colors of her dorm room, and this is what I came up with!

Happy Anniversary Ryan and Hannah! Hope ya'll enjoy!

Old to New!

This canvas was an old, scratched up picture of the New York skyline. I decided to restore it, just by painting black paint on it. Surprisingly, it was very easy to cover up! Next..I just bought a Cricut machine and wanted to try it out! And I have to say that I LOVE it! Last, but not least, to celebrate Alabama's first victory of the season (thats taking us to number 14! :)..I had to do a Roll Tide!
